Deposits - A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. No fees are retained at the time of booking.
Extra Charges and Taxes - 8% VAT, not included in quoted nightly rate.
Cancellation - In order to confirm your reservation, you will be charged the equivalent of 1 night's stay as deposit via your preferred payment method (credit card or bank transfer).
- If the booking is cancelled more than 7 days before the check-in date, there will be no cancellation fee.
- If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 2 days before the check-in date, the resort will charge 50% of one night's stay.
- If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in date or the guest is a 'no show', the resort will charge 100% of one night's stay.
